ACCOMMODATIONS
 The layout shown for the cutter rigged version is for a live-aboard couple with occasional guests (sleeps four). The ketch and cat-ketch with divided cabins sleep two in a private aft cabin and two forward in the main cabin. Other layouts are available on a custom basis.
CONSTRUCTION
 Cold molded wood/epoxy/fabric: Bottom -- double diagonal marine ply planks (1/4" x 6") over 5/8" tongue and groove planking laid fore and aft. Sides -- double laminated 1/4" marine ply. Decks -- double laminated 1/4" marine ply over sawn beams. Covering system - epoxy impregnated Xynole - polyester cloth finished with linear polyurethane paint systems. Spars -- mast(s) hollow hexagonal laminated Douglas fir/epoxy, booms solid Douglas fir. Interior -- painted ply trimmed with varnished hardwoods.
OPTIONS
 Complete plans include the construction manual THE NEW COLD MOLDED BOATBUILDING, From Lofting to Launching. Different rigs and interiors are available on a custom basis. The PRESTO 36 may also be built with a full keel or fin keel (modification on a custom basis).
