ACCOMMODATIONS
The cabin sleeps up to four adults in the Vee berth and two children on the settees. Headroom is 4' 6". Standing headroom can be implemented at the companionway hatch by erecting a dodger to facilitate cooking.
CONSTRUCTION
Cold-molded wood/epoxy/fabric: Hull -- double diagonal marine ply planks over tongue and groove planking laid fore and aft. Decks -- 1/2" marine ply over sawn beams. Covering system -- epoxy impregnated Xynole-polyester cloth finished with linear polyurethane paint systems. Spars -- masts are hollow-octagonal Douglas fir "Bird's Mouth" laminations, and booms are solid Douglas fir. Interior -- painted ply trimmed with varnished hardwoods.
